This 100% hand-painted framed football artwork commemorates the players and staff of Heart of Midlothian Football Club that enlisted with the 16th (Service) Battalion of the Royal Scots, better known as McCrae’s Battalion, during the First World War and those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

The hand-painted Subbuteo figure wears the club kit worn by Hearts during the 1914/15 Scottish football season and is mounted on a maroon base with white disc. The artwork comes in a black wooden box frame and sits behind a glass front. The outer frame measures approximately 120mm x 120mm
